This is an excellent article demonstrating the value of Multimedia Mail. The challenge is for marketers to find another medium that can deliver interactive multimedia and comparable results. The best SEM (search engine marketing) can do is a 2 - 5% click rate.

Wynn's response was an 80% take it out of the mail box, take the disk out of the mail piece, put the disk in the computer and play it rate. Certainly this is more valuable than an inadvertent click. The facts prove Multimedia Mail, on average, is less expensive than search engine marketing!
